At Masters of Mystery, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase; if your mystery-inspired fashion doesn't fit the script, you have 30 days to return or exchange it.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and mystery seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
